How about a leader to commit to a moon landing type mission like JFK did. We didn't even have the knowledge to do it and computers were nothing like today. We did it in 1969... 30 years ago. No Energy policy from JIMMY CARTER TO REAGAN TO BUSH41 TO CLINTON to Bush 43 and even nothing from Global boy Gore:
