Since Iran is behind all the orchestrated events in the Middle east, if they are taken out you will see major changes all over. They are arming the insurgents so that would end. Road side bombs built in Iran would not be coming over that border. Weapons sent to the PLO to fight Israel would be halted, and the Assistance to Hezbollah and Hamas via Iran and Syria would dry up.
We will never have things normalized with Iran and the Radicals instigating the problems. The old Soviet Union kept us busy with that and now we have to address this threat to peace. Go for it.
