Gregory, the Prisoner guidelines that the President wants is one that protects Americans.. When you get off this "what the world Thinks about us" and "what will the Enemy do".
All we want to do is not give the information similar to a US civil trial like Discovery, where the intel came from etc. Liberals and the 4 Liberal GOP Do Nothings in the Senate want the Enemy captured prisoners to have intel and information we Americans cant even have access to.
I have an Idea: Why not treat the Taliban, Al Quada and terrorist prisoners like they do us.... Beheading via video, bombings at funerals, burn alive and hang them from bridges.
